La Certification NF525 impose aux commerçants de réaliser une archive fiscale de leur dernier exercice. Si votre dernier exercice s’est terminé au 31 décembre 2018, vous devez réaliser votre archive fiscale au plus tard le 31 Mars 2019. Si vous ne le faites pas le logiciel vous imposera de le faire et risque de vous bloquer l’encaissement le temps de la création de cette archive.

ARCHIVAGE FISCAL ANNUEL NF525 LEO2 MATBURO
1. Cliquez sur l’onglet gestion pour réaliser votre archive fiscale.
2. Saisissez votre mot de passe manager. 
3. Cliquez sur l’icône Outils
4. Saisissez votre mot de passe manager
5. Cliquez sur l’icône Archivage Fiscal
6. Période d’archivage = > Sélectionnez Année
7. Dans le menu déroulant année => indiquez 2018
8. Dans le chemin de l’archive => laissez le chemin par défaut.

L’archivage peut durer plusieurs minutes en fonction du nombre de ventes journalières. La première étape consiste à créer l’archive et la seconde à écrire l’archive.
Lorsque l’écran revient sur ARCHIVAGE DES VENTES vous pouvez cliquer sur sortie et revenir sur votre caisse.
